If you have lost all the teeth in one jaw, one of the simplest, most aesthetically pleasing dental implants and the one that best restores the original chewing function of the teeth is the “ALL TEETH ON 4 IMPLANTS”® (Lithuanian for “all four on four”).

This means that 4 implants are placed in one toothless jaw in one visit, the teeth are fabricated in 2-7 days (a temporary denture is screwed in), and 6-12 months later, after the gums and bone have healed, the permanent denture is attached to the implants – almost identical to the natural human teeth.

  • a jawbone with hopeless teeth that are no longer suitable for dentures, or only their roots, which are removed during the same implant procedure.

The main advantages – aesthetic, high quality, fast!

The advantages of the “ALL TEETH ON 4 IMPLANTS”® method over dental plates are very important:

  • restoring the chewing function of the teeth;
  • restored teeth are extremely stable when chewing even hard food;
  • is very convenient – it doesn’t fall out, it doesn’t require daily soaking, sticking, removing, food residues don’t get between the gums and the dental plate;
  • taste and temperature sensations when eating cold or hot food;
  • phonetics is fine – no scrubbing;
  • no swelling of the jawbone and no trauma to the gums.


Consultation
. It assesses the condition of the edentulous jaw or the jaw with a few remaining teeth. Treatment is planned. Consultation duration – 30 min.


Procedure
. In one visit, 4 implants are placed in one edentulous jaw, or in a jaw with hopeless teeth that are no longer suitable for prosthetics, or only the roots of teeth that are removed during the same procedure, and a temporary plastic prosthesis is screwed in place within 2-7 days. It is recommended to go toothless for 2-7 days to control the healing of the bone and gums and to produce beautiful teeth. Most of our patients take time off work for this period.


Threads
. After 5-7 days, the sutures are removed.

Healing and fitting the permanent denture. After 6-12 months, once the gums and bone have healed, the implants are attached to a permanent denture, which is not only much more comfortable than removable plates, but also aesthetically pleasing – almost identical to natural teeth.

If you are not financially able to afford it, you can wear a temporary denture for longer (up to 24 months), but it is very important to take good care of your teeth, keep them safe and chew more carefully.
